The escalation in Russia's war effort has cast a dark cloud over world leaders who are gathered in New York to try find solutions to the world's crises. Jacinda Ardern is one of those at the United Nations' general assembly - and today met with her Ukrainian counterpart - and reaffirmed New Zealand's full support.
