Crown accounts in better shape than expected

The Finance Minister has launched an all out assault on National's plan to slash the top tax rate, after unveiling the state of the government's books. The latest Treasury update shows the Crown accounts are in a much better than expected financial position. But Grant Robertson focused much of his speech on the Opposition.
