The SPCA wants an outright ban on commercial greyhound racing and it's calling on people to flood the minister with emails supporting an end to the industry.
Greyhound racing is already on a final warning with the government giving the industry until the end of the year to get more transparent and make animal welfare a priority.
Aotearoa is one of seven countries that still allows the sport. But the SPCA says there should be no more chances for such a cruel industry.
