A group representing Maori forest owners say Maori could be billions of dollars out of pocket as a result of proposals to review the Emissions Trading Scheme .
The Government today released for consultation a series of options to reform the scheme.
Ideas range from tweaks to the existing system to setting up a whole new ETS market.
