Those concerned about vaping restrictions say the measures proposed by Labour today aren't good enough, and might not even happen.
Labour says it would slash the number of vape stores to 600 nation-wide if re-elected.
The Prime Minister has gone a step further and said any existing vape retailers within 300 metres of schools and marae may be forced to close.
