Plans by Kainga Ora to build social housing in Kerikeri's town centre have been ruffling feathers in the Far North town.
The agency's latest proposal, however, appears to take community concerns on board by spreading the 14 new homes over two properties instead of one, and dropping the height of another development from three storeys to two.
