Telecommunications company One NZ, formerly Vodafone, has topped the Commerce Commissions rankings for poor cellphone customer service.
The watch dog has released its first dashboard based on a survey of 2,400 consumers.
The results show One NZ has the most customers with service issues, they are least likely to recommend their provider to others, and they have the lowest levels of satisfaction with the time it takes to resolve their complaints.
And it also got the lowest ranking for staff knowledge and helpfulness.
