It's been almost four years since the deadly Whakaari White Island eruption.
Now the island's owners, the Buttles, are being held accountable for health and safety failings through their company.
Whakaari Management has been found guilty of one charge relating to their duty to ensure tourists and guides visiting the volcanic island were not put at risk of death or serious injury.
