After a series of online threats today, police have been searching a school, hospitals and other institutions across the country.
At 9:00am this morning, Auckland's St Kentigern's College received a threating email and were advised by police to shut down immediately.
Students sitting NCEA exams had to be moved and will be able to apply for a 'derived' grade.
Police also attended Auckland City Hospital, Wellington Regional Hospital and Bowen Hospital in the Capital, and Burwood Hospital in Christchurch.
