Idea for tourist hotspot fees out for public consultation

Cathedral Cove, the Tongariro Alpine Crossing, Franz Josef Glacier, Milford Sound, and Mount Cook National Park. All well-known tourist hotspots that everyone, including New Zealanders, could have to pay to visit.
