Australian bank to charge customers to withdraw from branch

The Commonwealth Bank in Australia has caused a ruckus with its plans to charge some customers to withdraw money through a branch. It's moving a number of customers to a new kind of account that comes with a $3 fee for assisted withdrawals - in person or on the phone. Money correspondent Susan Edmunds spoke to Lisa Owen.
