David Seymour speaks on driving up Parliament steps

ACT leader David Seymour is likely to be in hot water with the speaker after attempting to drive a historic Land Rover up Parliament's steps today. Mr Seymour was admiring the 77 year old vehicle which was being driven up the country by an organisation raising money for new heart valves for children. He then drove the landrover a couple of steps up before security intervened.
