Donald Trump orders up plan for reciprocal tariffs

US President Donald Trump could be about to ramp his economic assault on trading partners. Trump has ordered up a plan for reciprocal tariffs - which are new tariffs to match taxes on US goods overseas. It could be the next escalation in what is looking more and more like a global trade war. United States correspondent Todd Zwillich spoke to Lisa Owen.
