Ukraine peace deal must have security guarantees - Macron

French President Emmanuel Macron said any peace deal in Ukraine must come with security guarantees and must not be a surrender of Ukraine. The comments follow a meeting with Donald Trump at the White House to discuss the war. Russia's war on Ukraine has entered its fourth year.
