Posties told they no longer can redirect mail to PO boxes

Posties are being told they're no longer allowed to redirect mail to your PO Box, even if you've got the correct street address on your parcel. The new rules are causing headaches for businesses, with one Dunedin company saying it's regularly missing infringement notices, and a national Shakespeare festival reporting a dip in entries after more than 50 information packs were returned to sender.
