Trial begins of woman accused of toxic mushroom lunch

The trial of an Australian woman accused of killing three of her inlaws by feeding them a lunch of toxic beef wellington - laced with death cap mushrooms is underway. Erin Patterson has pleaded not guilty to killing her husband Simon parents Don and Gail and his aunt Heather Wilkinson.
