Inquiry fnds ambushed soldiers could have had more training

An inquiry into the death of Lieutenant Tim O'Donnell during a battle in Afganistan last year says the ambushed soldiers did not get enough training on how to use weapons, co-ordinate emergency air support or drive their vehicles.
