Resuming surf lifesaving competition draws criticism

In Australia, there's a call for organisers of the national surf lifesaving championship to be charged with manslaughter. A 14 year old competitor Mathew Barclay died during the competition this week at the Gold Coast's Kurrawa Beach - the third teenager to lose his life since 1996.
