A Crown laywer's suggested to the Supreme Court that time limits on state hydro power enterprise shareholdings would be a way to safegaurd Maori water rights; The Ngapuhi leader Sonny Tau says the Northland based iwi is significantly closer to entering negotiations with the Crown to settle its Treaty claim; A number of Maori in south east Queensland - spoken to by Te Manu Korihi - say they're determined to keep living there despite being inundated by two big floods over the past few years.
