Chatham Island's Mayor

The Chatham Island's newly appointed Mayor Alfred Preece, takes Cosmo to the top of his farm in Owenga to see platforms for the huge wind turbines that are being constructed (in France) to ease the Islands' energy crisis. Cosmo also pops in to meet his father, 88 year old Alfred senior, who is one of only five living veterans who fought with 28 Maori Battalion in the Second World War.
