Graham and Alistair Bryant - Rua Peka Peka Stud
The Perendale Sheep Society is celebrating its 50th birthday. In the 1940's and 50's farmers were crossing Romneys and Cheviots to get a strong, robust breed which would help break in new land. One of those interbreeding the sheep early on, was Graham Bryant, who also helped coin the name, Perendale. These days three of the founding families of the society are still running Perendale studs.
