It's often said that town kids don't know anything about rural life anymore, and even less about where their food comes from. And maybe that's true. But a little hands-on education does wonders for even the slickest of city kids, and may just inspire a few to turn their hand to farming. Justin Gregory joins a group of junior students from Auckland's Diocesan School for Girls for a visit to a unique farm that's all about educating kids.
