The Biodegradable Kiwifruit Spife

The research institute Scion, in collaboration with the kiwifruit marketer Zespri, has made an environmentally friendly version of a combined spoon and knife using kiwifruit waste and a plant based plastic. Dr Martin Markotsis has been working on the bio spife.
