Longbush pigs and Salumi

An American couple have happily settled in Wairarapa and are turning a hobby running rare breed pigs into a full scale, free range system supplying specialty outlets. Naya Brandenburg is a vet, but now working for MPI and helping run the pigs. Her Husband Jeremy was a statistics man but has turned full-time farmer. The farm has expanded with overseas investors keen to see the operation flourish.
