Wellington Chocolate Factory was the first bean-to-bar factory in the country, and now produces the only certified organic chocolate made right here in Aotearoa.
Its been busy creating special treats for the Easter and ANZAC long weekends.
Co-founder of the Wellington Chocolate Factory Gabe Davidson tells Karyn they used a tonne of chocolate beans and 54 kilograms of marshmallow to make this year's batch of chocolate.
