Shelved immigration scheme reuniting families needs review

Immigrants fighting for their parents to join them under a shelved visa scheme say some of them have died while waiting to be reunited with their families. The parent category was put on hold pending a review by the previous Government in 2016, but campaigners say the coalition is now playing political football with vulnerable people.
