Phil Twyford has vision for future of drones

The government has announced it's considering a mandatory licensing regime for tens of thousands of drone operators. The Transport Minister, Phil Twyford, yesterday released what he calls a 'vision' for the future of drones. He says drones could transform farming and 'swarms' of the machines could be used for large-scale search and rescue missions.
