Boris's Brexit bet backfires

In the UK, Prime Minister Boris Johnson has failed in his attempt to have another vote on Brexit in parliament. Speaker of the House John Bercow said he rejected the vote because nothing had changed since Saturday MPs voted to delay approval of the plan. The Speaker has previously ruled out bringing back votes on the same question more than once. Joining me now from London is our correspondent Alex Cadier.
