Grace Millane Trial gets Underway at High Court

A High Court jury will have to decide if British backpacker Grace Millane's death was deliberate or accidental. The Crown has opened it's case against the 27-year-old man accused of murdering her on the night of the 1st and 2nd of December last year. It says the man strangled Ms Millane with the intent to kill her while his defence say her death was the unintended consequence of consensual rough sex.
