RNZ Concert petition to deliver results to Wellington

The people behind a petition calling on RNZ to stop proposed changes to Concert hope to deliver it to RNZ's Wellington office later today. RNZ's board has welcomed the Government's decision to look at freeing up an additional FM frequency for a new youth station, but fans of the classical music station are still worried about the potential move to an automated playlist with no presenters. More than 25,000 people have signed the online petition which was launched by Margaret Guldborg late last week.
