People are struggling with the shift to online services
A new report from the Citizens Advice Bureau has shed light on the impact of the shift to providing government and other services online. The organisation says a wide range of people, of all ages, are struggling to keep up, don't have access to computers or the internet, or lack digital literacy, Kevin Lamb from Age Concern Auckland told our social issues reporter, Sarah Robson, that for older people it is a big worry.
