Amberley man prooves tiny house is a vehicle not a building

Back home, an Amberley man wants councils to take heed after he proved in court that his tiny house was a vehicle - not a building, like MBIE said it was. That means Alan Dall can live in his tiny house without having to spend thousands of dollars fixing it to the ground and making it building code compliant. The court case was crowdfunded by other tiny house owners who want more consistency and clarity about the rules they have to abide by. Mr Dall told our reporter Katie Todd he thinks the decision will be positive for a lot of people.
