Around 16 million Italians quarantined with restricted travel

Let's begin in Italy where 16 million people are now effectively under a mass quarantine. Members of the public in 15 central and northern Italian provinces need permission to travel - major tourist centres such as Milan and Venice are both in the restricted zones.
