Europe ramps up Covid-19 response

Reports out of Germany suggest it is to close borders alongside France, Switzerland and Austria, the Government is yet to officially announce any closures. Spain and France have entered states of mass closure - the French Government has closed all schools, cafes, restaurants, cinemas, nightclubs and non-essential businesses. However, local elections are still going ahead. And people in Spain have been told not to leave home - unless they're buying essential supplies, or for work. We're joined now by our Europe correspondent Lucy Hough who's in Brussels .
