Health and Disability System Review positive overall

The government's Health and Disability System Review has proposed a massive overhaul of the health system and would bring the biggest changes since DHBs were created nearly 20 years ago. It's proposing to slash the number of district health boards from 20 to between 8 and 12 in the next few years and includes a suite of recommendations to improve health outcomes for Maori.
