Trouble brewing over subdivision planned in Nelson green valley

The Maitai Valley, a few minutes east of central Nelson City, has been brought into focus by plans for a large-scale housing development. The proposed Mahitahi/Bayview development could see up to 700 new homes built. Conservation group Friends of the Maitai is already driving a social media campaign against the proposed development. One of the group's members, Jacquetta Bell is keeping an open mind but told our Nelson reporter Tracy Neal what they're worried about.
