Anonymous doners gift large donation for Southland hospital

The Southland Charity Hospital trust has received a sizeable donation from a local couple. Posted on Facebook yesterday the 'Blair Vining's epic journey' page displayed a cheque for 100-thousand dollars from two donors who wished to remain anonymous. The Trust was established in 2019 after Blair Vining's battle with terminal bowel cancer, it aims to build a hospital in Southland to provide free services to those unable to access care through public or private health systems in Southland.
