Buying ethical chocolate explained

Buying ethically covers everything from fashion to skin care but right now everyone's talking about chocolate. It comes after Trade Aid criticised Whittaker's for their move in April to switch from Fair Trade to Rainforest Alliance Certification. Other companies are also making the move, causing confusion about what it all means. Louise Ternouth explores the issue.
