Sweat with Pride: raising money for Rainbow health in August

Lockdowns have taken a huge toll on our mental health - in particular for those in the Rainbow Community. Charity Rainbow Youth says it was still catching up from last lockdown as Auckland moved back to alert level three last week. And to support the community, people along with our producer Katrina Batten - are dedicating this month to making a change through exercise. Louise Ternouth reports.
