Commerical, recreational fishers agree on review of quota

Both commercial and recreational fishing groups are on board with the Green Party's policy of reviewing the fishing quota system. It's part of a raft of measures the party is proposing to improve the country's marine environment. The Quota Management System sets the yearly catch limit for each fish stock. The Fishing Industry Guild's Ian Mathieson says there are aspects of the system which are no longer fit for purpose.
