Does change in AK alert levels help struggling business?

Aucklanders can now gather in groups of up to 100 people after a further drop in alert levels overnight. The Super City moved from Level 2.5 to Level 2 at midnight, while the rest of the country has been in alert level 1 since Monday. But does the change go far enough in providing a much needed lifeline for struggling Auckland businesses? Louise Ternouth reports
