Christchurch TAB punter wins $1.16m from $120 bet

A Christchurch punter is now a millionaire after betting just $120 on the Melbourne cup. It's the biggest prize ever paid out by the TAB. The man's punt was a combination of First4 bets placed at the Bishopdale TAB on Tuesday by a regular customer. Reporter Louise Ternouth spoke to Bishopdale TAB branch manager Keralyn Hooper after the man claimed his whopping $1.16 million win.
