Waitangi Day celebrations begin as PM delivers 4th speech

The Prime Minister has not been empty handed when she arrived at Waitangi this year - but will it be enough to address the inequities Maori have faced at the hands of the crown? The traditional critique of the areas in which the government has failed to delivered at Waitangi has been somewhat subdued than in past years, as the Prime Minister has delivered her fourth speech from the mahau yesterday.
