Tokyo announces 10,000 spectators allowed in Olympic venues

To Japan, where it's been announced that up to 10-thousand spectators will be allowed into venues for the Olympic Games, either that or up to 50 per cent of capacity. Our producer Matthew Theunissen spoke with our Tokyo correspondent John Matthews about last night's announcement.
