Vaccines and vaccinators arrive on the Chatham Islands

Chatham Island residents are set to get their Covid-19 vaccines from tomorrow. The remote group of islands lies about 800 kilometres east of Christchurch and is home to almost 700 people - 560 of whom are eligible for the jab. We sent out producer Matthew Theunissen to the Chathams on the same flight as the vaccines and the vaccinators. He touched down late last night after a few delays and spoke with Nathan Rarere.
