It's time to plant garlic and shallots

Right now is the perfect time to be planting two aromatic vegetables that can make a big difference in flavour in your cooking. And lucky for kiwis, for the first time in nearly a decade New Zealand garlic and shallots will be available in supermarkets throughout the year. Our reporter Ella Stewart spoke with Chief Executive of Murphys, John Murphy, who grows 70% of the garlic and shallots in New Zealand. He gave us some tips.
