UK to loosen all Covid-19 restrictions, record infections

We begin this morning in the United Kingdom where England is poised to loosen all of its Covid-19 restrictions despite the UK recording the highest number of new infections in the world over the past 24 hours. It comes after the UK's new health secretary, Sajid Javid, tests positive for Covid-19. Joining Nathan Rarere from London is our correspondent Henry Riley.
