Employers need to pay living wage to avoid labour shortages

After his government allowed RSE workers from Samoa, Tonga and Vanuatu into the country without going through MIQ to make up for staff shortages, Deputy Prime Minister Grant Robertson says the horticulture sector needs to pay the living wage to avoid this situation in the future.
