New fitness standards help Mystics make final vs Tactix

The Northern Mystics are looking to lift their first ever Netball title when they host the Mainland Tactix in this Sunday's ANZ Premiership grand final. The Mystics have struggled to meet their full potential in past seasons, but new minimum fitness standards have allowed them to play with more consistency. The Tactix had an impressive win over the Southern Steel last weekend to book their place in the final. Mystics captain Sulu Fitzpatrick told sports reporter Bridget Tunnicliffe that there is a lot of belief in this Mystics side.
