Life under "Delta Alert Level 2" won't be quite the same as the Level 2 we've known previously, with face coverings required at most public venues. Indoor hospitality venues will have a limit of 50 people, and outdoor venues will be restricted to 100. Our producer Ellie Jay spoke with microbiologist Siouxsie Wiles about why the new mask rules are so important in combating the Covid-19 Delta variant. But she began by asking what she thought of the timing of the alert level change.
